When I was growing up, I was the quiet kid — the one who preferred small spaces to shouting on the field. Turns out, that’s not a bad thing.

In fact, some of the best athletes—and most successful people—know that strength isn’t always loud.

Fun fact: Your diaphragm, the main muscle for breathing, is actually a muscle you can train, just like your legs or arms. And training it can do wonders for your focus, stamina, and recovery.

That’s why I created Quiet Impact Breathwork: a program to help athletes harness the power of their breath and mind — quietly but effectively.
